So cool! It's really fun when you plop the cakes out and get to watch the mushrooms start sprouting up over night!

An automated mushroom box would be handy for food security!

This is getting more interesting every day ! Every time you mention mycelium, it just pops in my head we're going for a trip across the galaxy in just a few seconds ( Star Trek fans anywhere ??? ) .
