I want to size a water heat sink to dissipate the power of 16 MOSFET transistors of 300W each.
I would like to do this study to compare it to a finned radiator with fan.
However, I don&amp;#39;t know how to go about it.Can you help me?

These are 16 MOSFET transistors of the IXTN22N100L type.

The 16 transistors are in a drawer of an ATE test rack. it is currently used with a fin and fan disabled. but I would like to find a way to replace the fan and serve fin with a water thermal plate. For the closed circuit with water this is not a problem there are cold groups. What interests me is how to determine by calculation the water thermal plate. What are the thermal parameters to consider?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/pre&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What is the application ?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lot&amp;#39;s are rated at such powers but few can actually do it in real life.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My through the wall air conditioner is rated at less than 5kW abd uses an outside radiator with an 18&amp;quot; fan .&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It would be unusual to use air cooling at 5kW levels.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5kW is to much for low cost PC cooling components so you&amp;#39;ll need to get Googling and talking to people who make stuff for serious power.&lt;/p&gt;
