Give only one statement that the shipment is under DDP terms and for all documents/info on the shipment, the sender is to be requested. In fact, they do have the label and invoice copy with them as elemen14 always does it duly but sometimes UPS goes crazy saying the value is mentioned 0(sometimes element14 does that for gift items?) and keeps requesting the invoice. To clarify, you don&#39;t have to do anything from your end.
