Mark, thanks for the tips on cutting plastic. I'll have to invest in adapted tooling if I want to use plexi more often.

Nice work... from what I recall the cap should be worn backwards or an angle ...

The trick to cutting most plastics is slow speed and a thin (ie not deep) blade.

You can use a fairly coarse blade designed for wood, as the plastic is quite soft.

Sometimes a crosscut (where the teeth are wider than the blade) helps as the blade doesn't rub the surface.

A variable speed jigsaw is almost a must, but failing that very short bursts and pulling the blade back from the just cut area helps.

Do you find a problem with the UWN200, that it can be rocked to each side when inside the USB port, and thus it is easy to lose the connection if it is nudged to the side by less than a millimeter?

If you're having the problem too, we should talk to Logic Supply - otherwise it could just be a fault on my one.
