Sounds like a great project.

Some advise from someone who has been involved in a few and judged one :-

Have a plan of each weeks blog topic.
Make the plan achievable by sorting the easy stuff early, while you work on the more complex.
Any parts need to have been ordered already ..... Many challengers have had shipping delays ruin their application.
Don't be afraid to share the issues you're having. There are some great members whom often have great ideas or suggestions that can help or even solve your problem.

The finish is 11 weeks from now, and it will go quick.
