Sounds like a great project with some very ambitious targets.

I'm glad you've also thought about the difficulties and shared them.

You never know who reads this, and offers a suggestion that might help.

Having a plan with weekly posts is a good way to keep on track, and you can always juggle things to suit how each phase is going.

Sharing the problems has helped many Challengers to move forward so feel free to reach out ....

Very nice introduction to your interesting project. I like the idea of determining LED connections through photographic evidence. This is a pretty clever solution to a problem that cripples a lot of systems (usually wireless where connectivity and identity are often blurred). I look forward to following your progress and project as you move forward.

Also, welcome to the Element14 community. There are a lot of knowledgeable and friendly people here who are more than willing to help, should you stumble while working on your project. Feel free to ask questions, seek help and also offer help.
