That is a shame, and makes little sense if the hardware is already developed.

I tried to get one of these boards when the challenge first appeared, but for some reason they are a restricted item and needed a whole load of paperwork, hence we canceled the order.

Seems it was the right choice, so I'm glad you've brought this to our attention.

Perhaps you can still do the development to meet the T&C's, and then consider it dead.
