You'll like the Dremel ... few fine grinder style tools that element14 sell will go well.

I do find the handle a bit large, but ...

Very nice update on your project. I really like the idea of embedding LEDs into 3D printed objects. That could have a lot of cool applications. Thanks for the cool idea.
