Congratulations on completing and well done. I enjoyed the video demonstration of your project. It would have been perfect if we could see your face too! I'm surprised how it detected clearly in darkness.

Well done.

Nice touch not hooking up the relay as there are potential safety issues.

The Learning Circuit 16: Temperature Activated Fan!

Showed a very good way to control a mains circuit without the issues.

There may be some alternatives to suit other countries.

The "no wires" approach is generally much safer unless you have experience with mains wiring.

You always run the risk of potential insurance issues if something you made, causes a problem.

Mark
