I'm looking forward to seeing this in action.

Had a chat with my wife who's been vaping for a few years now.

You might find a fruit rather than tobacco juice is less likely to gum up the pipes. Also look for the zero nicotine ones unless you plan to get a head buzz whilst testing. As well as different flavours there are different blends with the high vg ones producing more vapour e.g 80%vg 20%pg. Watch for coil burn out, ensure you prime (leave the cotton soaking in juice) the device before turn on.

Nice trick.

I've played with smoke machines in the past which pump a fluid through a large heated block.

The biggest issue was blocking up, as everyone had cheaper fluid, but it usually came at a cost .... later when it blocked the heater.

Nice update on your design challenge product. Normally I would have nothing to do with e-cigs, but this is a creative approach. I remember the good old days when out old electric train would puff around the Christmas tree, with smoke and lights. If I remember correctly it was smoldering oil with a hot wire. I wonder how many fires that caused?

Good luck on bringing all the pieces together.
