Nice update.

I was surprised to see the 61 byte limit for messages.

I think you might want to sit down and work out a simple cryptic message protocol so that you can send the maximum amount of information with the minimum number of bytes.

It will also make the messages self encrypting if someone does not have your protocol to decipher the cryptic content.
