Looks like you're getting it all together.

I'm always amazed that if you look hard enough, you'll find someone has done something similar to what you want, and you can add a bit to get it there.

there are some issues with the hues: we can't produce a decent yellow (while red mixes amazingly well with blue to give all shades of pink, it doesn't really go well with green), and obviously the 'white' is always fake, being a sum of all reds, greens and blues

I found similar issues with the Edge Lit signs ... change the brightness and the colour changed ...
