I had trouble at first with an existing 64gig disk. So, I found an old 8gig and formatted to FAT. It worked. Twice it did it again, but pulling the card out and reinserting fixed that - or maybe just trying again would have been successful instead.

Be sure you don't have anything tied to these pins or have your code address them:

D4,D8, D9, and D10
