Unfortunately some have contributed very little/nothing, and others have forgotten about the weekly blog requirement.

It's a shame as they obviously put together a good proposal/application, and their inclusion meant someone else wasn't.

The odds of winning just got better for those that have put in the effort, so well done and good luck.

From past experience the last part is when it all squeezes together and time disappears VERY fast, so if you don't have a good timetable, I suggest you do it now.

June 26th may seem a long way off, but believe me the 9 weeks will go real fast.

Having regular blogs I think really helps with the planning and having to write up the results does make my learning sink in faster. Before the challenge I'd done a bit of Arduino coding, very little Linux stuff (in the last 20 years) and I've only been 3D printing since December last year. Having to learn a lot to get things working, the only thing that's familiar is the coding needed to talk to the APIs etc.

Ooops that shows me that I was a bit to lazy blogging my tests which went wrong. I always forget that those would allow others to learn, too. Not only the positive results. They have lots of work done on their projects and posted so much content. Amazing.

A good summary at just before the halfway point. There should be some electronics and soldering from the Enchanted Cottage in the next couple of weeks and a blind man, a giant, and the wolf will be back!
