The power board name have been changed from BCB-109 to DC-2080A. You can see the whole documentation here:

There is also the right schematic included.

Good post. It helps everyone when you clearly describe the trials and tribulations of debugging new circuits.

Have you had a chance to measure how long the storage power lasts after a capture?
