Here are the links to all of the 3D models for the torque tester stand as I've promised above both on GitHub and Printables:

https://www.printables.com/model/226386-dc-motor-torque-tester-stand

https://www.printables.com/model/226390-digilent-motor-gearbox

https://github.com/MilosRasic98/Orbweaver-Rover/tree/main/Rover/Geared%20gearbox%20assembly

https://github.com/MilosRasic98/DC-Motor-Torque-Test-Stand

You have the full assembly files (F3D and STP) as well as STL files for all of the printable parts. I made an image of the Raspberry Pi but didn't find any way I could host it for now, so I'll update that as soon as I can, until then, I'll just put here a short summary of how I set it up. First of all, I went with a ROS image from this link.

https://www.hackster.io/dmitrywat/ros-melodic-on-raspberry-pi-4-debian-buster-rplidar-a1m8-0d63d1

There are 2 links to Raspberry Pi images there, I went with this one.

https://disk.yandex.ru/d/YfLc4stnCBljTA

After that, I created my own workspace for the Orbweaver Rover and created individual packages for each node.

Creating a workspace: http://wiki.ros.org/catkin/Tutorials/create_a_workspace

Creating a package: http://wiki.ros.org/ROS/Tutorials/CreatingPackage

While I can't share the whole image at the moment because I need a lot of space for hosting it, I'll do the next best thing by sharing the src folder with all of the codes and CMakeLists and package files.

https://github.com/MilosRasic98/Orbweaver-Rover/tree/main/MAX40080

All of the files are completely free to use, if you have any questions about anything, feel free to ask me!

RE: Rover Motor Control - Blog #2

Nice work on all of this! It looks like you really did a lot and chased down a few different paths.
