Great project idea! I'd buy that if it was available, just to explore how dirty the waters are here : )

(It's more than a deepwater horizon volume if it were sewage, per day on some days of the year here!).

Very cool project.

You might be able to determine where the underwater system is by the angle of the tether, or make the surface vehicle line up with the tether...but it is already a pretty complex system.
