Introduction
This challenge caught my interest because I live in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, USA) and we get lots of rain during the year, so outdoor projects need to be weather-resistant. In general IP65 is sufficient for my...

RE: Panda Enclosure - Final Summary Blog

[mention:dc11ece8204f479e8dce2a47a33b20d3:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05] Great writeup. nice images, and figures, but what with the bees....

RE: Panda Enclosure - Final Summary Blog

Great project! As of Panda network hang - I have experienced something similar (but on wired ethernet) - after several days of uptime communication was lost despite blinking activity LEDs on RJ45. Thought that maybe DHCP lease has expired and different address was assigned (so have forced static ARP mapping on the router) but as I didn't have monitor nearbly I simply power-cycled it which corrected the problem - but maybe this is more systemic one (if happens on two different OSes, different network cards (wired and wifi))?

RE: Panda Enclosure - Final Summary Blog

Great project with great documentation. Well done!

RE: Panda Enclosure - Final Summary Blog

Really challenging project. Well done!

I have followed it with interest. I was wondering what gas and pressure measurement changes would occur inside a rigid, hermetic box. How insulation can prevent the sensor from directly measuring changes in barometric pressure caused by variations in weather or altitude and possible delayed responses due to case design.

Did you detect any changes in pressure due to leakages? Also temperature inside the box will affect the amount of gas measured and the calibration of measurements.
