EnOcean has kindly put together receiver kits for each of the challengers to use - these are in surplus to the kits already given.

As for the Oscilloscopes, each of the Oscilloscope recipients have received e-mail clarifying the situation.

I received a package from Newark/element14 today. The packing list indicates that the package contains a EnOcean EOP-350 and a Tektronix TBS1052B-EDU. Based on the contest finalist prize announcement I was expecting a TBS1202B-EDU 200 scope. I think that the wrong scope was shipped. Did anyone else have the same experience?

I tweeted about my FMNDC blog posting and included the hash tag #raspberrypi in the tweet, The tweet was picked up by The Raspberry Pi Daily and now my blog posting is included in the #RASPBERRYPI section of this "newspaper". It was fun to learn of this website and to get the added attention. If interested give this a try for your own blog postings.

Hi everyone -

I'm pleased to say that the great element14 shipping machine is starting to roll, and parts should start arriving all over the globe. In most cases, people will not get all their kits all at once - there will be multiple shipments to get your equipment to you, so if you receive, say an EnOcean Pi and Sensor Kit by itself - don't panic, the rest will be on its way soon.

As ever, feel free to contact either myself or lslater should you have any problems.

It was nice to get message, that i was selected as contest participant, but when i looked closer, i see i will get only basic kit with no budget. Since i wanted to do quite extensive apartment monitoring system, i was counting on budget to get parts i need ( and i need quite a few) , and since i have none, it will be impossible in contest time produce something competitive. I would like to switch my name with other person who could make this works with parts i would get, that way it will be better for this contest.
