I've found the following ACMA document and I believe it implies that 315MHz useable for LIPD devices provided that the maximum power output is less than 10uW.

From the TCM320 datasheet the unit is rated at 7.5dBm (5.62mW) which exceeds this value and I can't see a soft command to attenuate the power output.

I have been having some problems, with the NZ supply due to frequencies, and have sorted out getting them (PM me)
