Just like Mark, I like the smart doorbell.

I'm just wondering if there would be any privacy concerns (taking pictures of people and storing them) ?

I do like your doorbell image capturing feature.

If you get stuck with sourcing an EnOcean device I did modify a commercial Outdoor Light with sensor to run on 12v, and trigger the RPi ...cheap and already waterproof, plus doesn't attract attention.

The RPi also handily fits into a cheap outdoor spotlight, which again doesn't attract attention.
