I just received my FLORA package today and I have just taken some good pictures. Hopefully I can get my act together and make a little blog post tomorrow.

Linda - Thanks for the vote of confidence, I am happy to see that you got your kit and a few things up and running. Let me know if I can help with some of the Arduino or electronics things!

Leslie - I think that the glove could lend itself very well to letterboxing. I would love to have a way to update the glove's set destination upon arrival at a new clue spot or somesuch. This could definitely become part of a game!

Elbert - I am a huge fan of Adafruit's products and I also just saw that come up. I am interested to see how it works form-factor-wise. My intention is to sew the LED array to my palm; I think that the individual pixels lend themselves well to making a semi-flexible display. Don't worry, I already bought some NeoPixel strips a while ago (and so I am already familiar with NeoPixels) and I just ordered a circular array. I am a sucker for these things!

Alex, a circular LED array is available with 16 LEDs. Can be used for direction. Regards, Elbert

Alex, one of my hobbies is letterboxing, and I can see this glove working very well in this sport. You could hide the glove in a letterbox and maybe give circuit diagrams or some other funny clue method for it to be found. Then, once someone finds the box with the glove, they could continue with the journey to find another box. The only tough part would be that the user would have to re-hide the glove back in the original box, so you wouldn't want the second box to be hidden far away. Anyway, I would love that challenge! Hi Alex, this looks like a well-thought-through project! I also haven't received my kit yet, but once you have it, good luck with getting started on your list!

Sorry I can't give you any tips, i'm all new to Arduino (and electronics as a whole..).
