Great post! It's good to see this work on low-voltage regulator/ power mgmt devices, these are interesting parts - especially the first one which implements MPPT as you know (I see you have the solar capability on the diagram!).

Looking forward to seeing how you get on!

I was thinking about your situation, and the school you are at may some PCB making capability. Probably not down to the resolution or accuracy you might need for this project though.

In theory you can get all the footprints from TI, but I haven't tried yet. You go to http://webench.ti.com/cad/ and search for the part number. You can then download the *.bxl file and use Ultra Librarian to export the footprints to the appropriate format for Eagle.
