It was chaotic but I waited too long for the parts and I should have just gone ahead and purchased it from somewhere else. That's a lesson learned and won't happen again.

Did the BQ25504RGTT work on ur PCB? I got it working but as you can seen in the video I could not explain the behavior. For me I think I will need to adjust the hysterisis and threshold values to make it work since it outputs 4.3V instead of 5v. Also I might have blown the chip internally by doing something but I do not have any references to compare with.

It would be very useful to see measurements over time, especially if you can link it to local conditions.
