I want to study the effect of different core materials on the sensing parameters. I have some materials which are best suited as per the requirements of the core.

Until you explain why you want to make your own it is not possible to offer any better advice.

From the articles I read, I am unable to figure out properly the construction of the core. I am thorough with rest of the things. Any help from your side will be appreciated.

Unless you explain what you are doing and why and give us some reason to be interested you won't get much out of this forum or any other.

If you have read some articles already - what is that you don't understand/know that stops you doing some simple experiments ?

I do have a special reason for making my own. I have already read some articles about it. I wanted to know about constructing a simple fluxgate magnetometer.

Why not Google for it, and then if you have specific questions come back and ask them here.

Unless you have some very special reason for making your own you would do better to buy one.
