Another nice project.

The 360 LIDAR looks like it's going to be blocked a bit to the rear by the camera mast and the payload. Perhaps also will need some close-range sensors to help with recovering the sensor boxes as it looks like 2D LIDAR could struggle if that high up ? Was watching this video about LIDAR recently:

The payload looks like it will be dropped pretty close to the wheels which may not be ideal ? Dropping off the rear perhaps would be another option.

Anything with mobile robots in must be good. Looks a good design for the mobile robot. The Blog is good as well. I look forward to seeing the complete system.
