I used the same LoRaWan tutorial as you.

All setup on the Arduino Cloud and TTN , and loading my little sketch to the MKR WAN 1310 worked. I haven't been successful getting data out though. Probably due to lack coverage.

The error I get is "move closer to the window". Which I did, including moving it outside. And the Arduino is fitted with a proper antenna for the range.
