Hi Alec, Zach and Andrew,

Great intro post! Looking forward to reading more.

I really like the idea of a performance that is influenced by its environment.

I had a quick play with Csound, (see Sound Synthesis and the Billion Dollar Paper ) recently, and although it worked, I did get buffer

underrun messages when doing real-time audio output. For me it didn't matter because I could record the output, but I was curious what

parameters can be used (e.g. sample rate) to eliminate the buffer underrun and generally improve the performance of it for real-time applications.

So I will be following your posts in the hope of learning these parameters!
