I'm having trouble connecting the Gateway to the internet. I've tried my Hoe network and my IT guys network. With no luck... The LED is solid orange after a red blinking period of time. It never shines solid green? Omega Tech support says that means "it cannot get onto the internet."

I can log onto the device nd can see the IP on my router. I wonder if I have a defective device.

Are you able to get yours connected?
