The first few look like show bunnies. We got one that sneezes (can't be showed) from a local breeder for free when my daughter's pet died. It's unbelievable how soft his fur is. During these hot summer days, my son and daughter load the bunny cages with frozen two liter bottles of water every morning plus we use an industrial type fan to give them some breeze.

Now you understand why rabbits prefer earthen dens.

Above ground structures can introduce a heat stress element for any animal.

You need to keep them cool and provide plenty of water during the hot summer days.
