Perhaps press-fit is ok too, but&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I used heat to push them in (there are other inserts more optimised for press-fit). To do that, I just pushed them over the soldering iron&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;(set to a temperature which results in the plastic gently melting, not too rapidly, so that you have time to position it correctly.
