That looks amazing, especially the curves, and it is practical too, with ventilation slots and everything : )

By the way, if you want to use M3 machine screws (bolts) instead of wood screws, I found a convenient way recently.

I tried it with acrylic, but it would work with 3D printed stuff too.

Basically, design in some holes, and then insert these brass heat sertsbrass heat serts. Perhaps press-fit is ok too, but

I used heat to push them in (there are other inserts more optimised for press-fit). To do that, I just pushed them over the soldering iron

(set to a temperature which results in the plastic gently melting, not too rapidly, so that you have time to position it correctly. It will slowly melt

into the hole, and then just pull out the iron.
