I will make a drawing of the whole system

That will be very useful and helpful to people following.

You can use the "Cosmin CAD" method (pen and paper then scan or photgraph it)

We've posted some info in the past about electrical safety, but this late in the game you can include the concept/data and not worry so much about the actual physical implementation.

Perhaps you can add some drawings to illustrate what you are up to and how everything will interface/interconnect?
