Wonderful concept. I will definitely encourage my Dutch relatives to go. I've been meaning to go back to Nijmegen myself because I worked there in the 1970s - lots of old memories; now I have two reasons to return.

You're winner in my book, for what it's worth. Each step of your project that your posted just impressed me even more and I look forward to seeing the completed project; even if via a website. My brother, who passed last year, was an artist and would have loved to see what you are working on as I am sure many others will once its complete.

I think you made the right choice. You have a very special and complex project, but more importantly, with a real customer and even additional sponsor. It's important for the final result to suit their needs and fulfil their expectations, even if in this case, that means making choices like you did.
