I noticed you're local, I live in Federal Way near Seattle.

Wanted to reach out to you and explore getting together to play with your camera / pi hardware.

You might not believe, I thought of the same project when I wanted to apply for the competition. But due to some time constraints, I couldn't apply and proceed with the project. I am glad that now I have a reference project if I wish to complete my project. The only difference between what I have imagined and yours is, I thought of using Matrix displays.

Also, do check out the below similar commercial product from AdMobilize which might give you some inspiration.
