Hello Mark,

Ideally we all hope that our project's go as planned, but I think good or bad you should update the community on your progress, that way other members may help you with feedback, new ideas and definitely will help you with your obstacles.

We understand how frustrating this can be!

Remember this is supposed to be fun and if it is not fun or at least fulfilling you should not do it.

I really look forward to seeing your output and hope the draw of the finish line helps you get there!

Mark,

I agree with Wesley above, don't worry about it. I did my Picasso Design Challenge as an unofficial contributor as I didn't fancy the stress. My HoloPiBot didn't work out quite as I had hoped, but it did something as well as illustrating some things not to do, plus I had great fun. I learnt a lot about step motors (even though I thought I already knew stuff) and driving them as well as the Raspberry Pi and LCD displays.

It is always good to see what others do, including when it doesn't quite work out as we hoped.

Just relax and have fun it's about the journey enjoy it! But can't wait to see the updates.
