Looks like a nice result ... especially after that length of time.

I'm a bit late here but I would think you could print something close that you can slot some wet and dry sandpaper into to act as your reamer and fit it into a drill.

Plenty of lubrication and it should be a quick fix.

I always used methss as the lubricant for aluminium when tapping.

Not sure what you'd use for that plastic.

Wow! You really seem to have a handle on all this mechanical stuff. That was a really great overview of the progress you have made on your project. Great work, keep up the progress.

That was one monster print on your platter.

It looks very good though.

How about something like a small brake cylinder hone tool for the reaming operation ?
