Hi Jon,

I was looking at your Github to get help for my re-write of the internal positioning app and saw the ADC tester and got linked to these blog posts. These are great!

I think you have the best project in this challenge, it would be a great product! I don't have a smoker myself but my friend just got one and would definitely be interested in something like this. Your implementation could also be generalized to another very similar temperature control device - a bread box. I made a very simple one with a heat lamp, but the idea (I guess similar to smoking meat) is that sourdough bread cultures thrive at a very slim and specific temperature range so its beneficial to tightly regulate the surrounding air temperature.

Have been making other projects on the side to keep your skills up? I'm again impressed with your great expertise in both hardware and software.
