Deadline is listed as Friday 30th, BUT as long as they are submitted by Monday 9am UK time they will be counted.

Any follow up posts after will not be submitted to the judges but our team the the rest of the community can still read them.

Note: If you hit 10 blog posts you will also be eligible for the finisher prize.

Hey, Ashik.

If you just made your application, submitted it and can not find it on the main page, dont worry! Check out the comment from jkutzsch about it in other post:

"You can also verify by checking "your content" and you will see all of your submissions. You can submit multiple applications per the Terms and Conditions, 2.8. This allows you to present multiple "discreet" projects if your are one of those super creative people. :-)"

PS: Sometimes, inside your content, you can not see your application because of the language filter. Please check if your language filter is not active ( as the image below shows ).

There is maybe an error in the system.

Enrollment are supposed to be opened until 15th Dec ? Am I right ?

I already submitted mine, but If you want more challenger, It may be nice to let the application form accessible ?

Hi Stephane,

Thanks for the heads up! I just tested the application process using my personal e14 account, and it worked just fine. I believe because you've already submitted an application for the challenge it is preventing you from submitting further ones, but I know you're also able to edit them if need be after they've been submitted. So I think everything is working as it should!

Can we submit another application or is my application not submitted properly? Coz, I get the "Join the Challenge" button after submitting my application.

I have hid the application heading/ tile, as I had a doubt whether we are allowed to reveal the title before it goes official. What does the submission deadline mentioned below (December 1, 2017) refer to? The whole project submission! But that's the last date for completing and submitting application.

I believe the completion prize you are mentioning has a misprint and should actually represent the Judging Close of March 2nd, 2018.

I cut and pasted a bit from the Terms and Conditions:

1.1. The following words and phrases are used in these terms and conditions and have the meanings given to them below.

a. Competition: Pi Chef Design Challenge (or the Challenge) Key dates:

• Applications Close: 1st December 2017

• Competition Period: Challengers’ Announcement to Project Submission Close

• Challengers Announced: 15th December 2017

• Judging Close (estimated): 2nd March 2018

• Announcement of Winner (estimated): 16th March 2018

As you can see estimated is placed in there. Sometimes various shipping issues can arise.

I see that the minimum age for the contest is 18. Would a team consisting of a 17 year old with an older designer be allowed?

Younger people have helped and appeared in lots of projects. I expect the older partner would be expected to handle all transactions and take responsibility for a younger partner.

Personally I think engaging younger people is highly desirable.... so I would say go for it. Hopefully the organizers agree.
