Good start. I'm researching what species of bee that I want to target. It looks like you've decided on honey bees.

There is some debate about introducing non-native species, so I'm going to contact local beekeeping organizations in my area.

For the challenge there won't be time to get real data, but I'd like to use the opportunity to do something that will enhance the pollination in my neighborhood in the future and I don't want to accidentally do any harm.

It looks like the finisher prize for the contest is appropriate for species like mason bees. I noticed that is what the local community college garden uses.
