I have gotten very frustrated with this challenge. I haven't received the missing kit parts, but the most frustrating thing is I haven't got any reply from anyone on it. I've sent messages (4 in total so far) with no reply at all. The last message I got from Element14 was, "Are you sure that you were really missing those parts". It made me feel like they think I wanted more then I was allotted and lied about them being missing. Having this experience, I doubt I will apply for any more challenges in the future.

So today I got a bill from FedEx for $45.34 for the kit. I understood that the shipping was paid.

If I ever receive the missing parts, will I be charged again?

At this time I am unable to meet the requirements of using 4 or more connectors. I received 4 items but the 2 connector housings are male. I only have 2 useable connectors. I will progress as far as possible until this is figured out.

Today FedEx tried to charge me fees and duties at my house, and I refused to pay the money because I have never paid shipping for prizes, much less paid for gift kits. Can some contest administrator clarify this point because the package is being held and there is a possibility of the package being returned?

Hello Challengers and Community members.
As challenger kits are finally starting to arrive with people across the globe we have agreed to final extension dates for this challenge

Build Period - 3rd March - 12th May 2025
Projects Due - End of Day 12th May 2025

Thank you for your continued patience, we understand that stocking and shipping issues along with other delays have caused some of our challengers to drop out.
We fully understand, and have put previsions in place to stop this from happening in the future.
