this is a free course , it deals with ti based ARM M4 , but it would be helpful for you to work on Nucleo Board as they both are ARM cortex M4 based ones.

If you follow above above course then you should be able to work on your own using the reference Manual which details with the Registers for accessing different Functionalities , clocks , memory maps ...

In the Resources Go to User Manual to Read the Necessary details you Need to work and they give you references also , the Craziest Part is Sesortile has STM32L4 based uController means you can work on it just as same as you work on STM32F4 based Nucleo .

Last But not Least Subscribe to STM channel in youtube , they also give good tutorials.
