So if I understand it correctly you are going to supply both DC motor driver boards with 5V from one of your power banks (I guess you will run cable from J10 connector on aquarim pumps driver board to these two boards), you will remove I2C pull-up resistors from both motor driver boards (and probably from all other boards except STEVAL-STLCX01V1) and you will run I2C bus on 3.3V voltage levels?
