It is amazing what you can do with some plastic bottle tops and a pair of scissors. I look forward to seeing this cutting grass and or weeds.

With a scissor you will need to have a program sequence where the unit opens the scissor, drives 3 inches, closes the scissor and then repeats the process. Good proof of concept.

Now i am kinda rethink of the benefits of having access to many gears, a CAD + CAE for modeling and 3D printer to design precisely the mechanical mechanism

Nice update, but I thing you need more of a lever arm to get the full closure of the scissors.
