As far as I know, only Microsoft framework 2.0 is required for Creator to work. .NET framework is basic necessity for many other Windows software.

Please let me know which 3 Microsoft programs are required for Creator to work?

What is the error which you are getting while installing PSoC Creator? If possible attach the screenshot of error.

You can install Creator in any drive (C: or D:), it should not give any errors.

We definitely will make Creator to work on your current machine.

Yea its always something unexpected that causes you the most problems.
