    Ravi

Very nice that you have detailed comments in the code.

This is often overlooked, but including it means the reader can understand what you are trying to achieve ...

    Well done.

    Hi Ravi,

Your work is really appreciable and motivating. I want to do something similar but need little help from you.

    1. Can you please post or mail me the layout files as I was not able to find dimensions for, Your custom PCB antenna.

    2. I did something similar see the picture attached, and am having troubles interfacing it. How do you program the CC3200MOD for the first time with the Bootloader/Library.

I have an CC3200 WiFi LaunchPad and i just attached the JTAG pins along with power pins and While the software shows that it is connected but immediately says cannot reset and access the device !! can you help me out on this !! I am using CC3200 SDK + CCS 6 along with CC3200 uniFlasher and Energia.

1.The antenna is not specially designed I have just used RedBearLab cc3200 board picture as reference and tried to match the dimension with just comparing them by print taken with custom size so redbear cc3200 print will have arduino uno size ..

    2. I have programmed cc3200mod with energia and the pins I used are TX--TX RX---RX SOP0---TCK and Reset, no JTAG at all

here reset is tricky because there is not any jumper for reset so i have soldered wire on reset pushbutton.

may be this will help you...

thanks @ravi butani can you please post some pictures of the board and the programming board. and what have you used for matching it looks like a resistor ?? but in the redbear lab's design they have used a capacitor filter rt ??

by the looks of it I guess you are using altium designer or Orcad will you be willing to share the project files.

I have designed PCB in ultiboard I will share the files with you as soon as possible, I will be publishing bare minimum Schematic and PCB for CC3200 here soon..

As the Matching circuit concern, without any resistor or capacitor I am getting 35mtr range.. and resistor you are seeing near Antenna is 0ohms, just short circuit
