I borrowed my brothers electromagnetic radiation detector and went around the house checking things.

Both Microwave ovens produced hazardous levels up to 8 feet from the devices, I now move away when using the ovens.

The WiFi router was just as bad as the microwave ovens. I built an EMI shield around the antennas to bring the EMI levels down in the room where the router was located.

The wireless phone and its handsets were just as bad. The base station was moved so it was away from frequently used areas of the house and each handset also relocated and only used on speaker phone mode.

I now turn off my computers WiFi when it is not in use (Such as reading an eBook, download to memory and read) and never leave the computer running.

Surprisingly the many cell phones weren't too bad but I continue to use them on speaker phone mode only.

One thing that seems to be common is when people are discussing the subject, they tend to dramatize the results, playing down statistics that would provide a better contextual perspective.
Right now, if I insert a shield, and the readings change, I don't know if they have changed because they were about to change anyway or if the shield caused the change.

Two statements I agree with.

There has been lots of speculation on the subject but IMO the field of investigation is too narrow to draw any conclusions.

AND the reality is how do you actually prove any of the results.

The technology of phones and the number of Towers has changed having the effect that the signal levels during calls are reduced from the old days when they first appeared.

In Christchurch when we first installed Celluar Service there was one site on the hills overlooking the city. Excellent overview.

In my model, the microwaves cause the atom nucleus to move, which causes the IR photons to be emitted as the nuclei vibrate and change the molecule stability.

Still, you have a very good discussion on the effects of RF.

All I can say is incredible!! (except for more below)

This project is one of the best I have seen. The information it provides is priceless. It will make everyone realize what the environment is doing to all of us and how to take precautions to protect ourselves. I would love to see what results I would get from the machinery at work.....
