Hey John.... I would love to see a pic of your "makeshift dry wipe board"... probably full of great design ideas!

Also, great idea to do a short survey and get some feedback from the community... I have added my inputs...

"Bit curious what sort of lights are being used by people at the minute, and how when it comes to watching gilm/TV at home. Put up a quick survey to try and find out."

Greetings John,

First thing that comes to mind is a scene from Star Trek where someone says “computer reduce lights by 10%”…. Anyway… seems you might need some motor control and some touch interface to help make this a reality… I would also say that your robotics idea is not bad either.
