The grid as per your images of course.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would like to invest in PV and batteries as we have a large roof space. &amp;nbsp;My best calculations are a payback period of around 14 years given current high electricity prices. &amp;nbsp;My wife and I aren&amp;rsquo;t sure we would still be living here for that long as we could well downsize. &amp;nbsp;Perhaps we would be, who knows?? &amp;nbsp;Also if, by some miracle, electricity prices come down, then the payback period extends.&lt;/p&gt;
