I think there are a lot of cases where &amp;#39;enhancement&amp;#39; or &amp;#39;improvement&amp;#39; or &amp;#39;evolution&amp;#39; are better terms than &amp;#39;upcycle&amp;#39; but that just me and semantics :-) For me, the project on &lt;a class="jivecontainerTT-hover-container jive-link-community-small" href="/challengesprojects/element14-presents/benheck/"&gt;element14&amp;#39;s The Ben Heck Show&lt;/a&gt; where they &amp;quot;upcycled&amp;quot; a boombox with an Intel Edison was more along the lines of following the natural progression of technology. To my mind, at least, upcycling&amp;nbsp; should introduce a novel change, or unexpected use.
