One of the things I noticed others do that I plan on doing is having a Table of Contents at the beginning of the Blog to easily access any of the prior blogs and provide a simple way to access all of your information as you are sharing it. Much nicer then the reader having to go back and find previous blog entries. :-)

A weekly update is needed at a minimum, even if it is just about events that have delayed the project.

Also use the posts to ask for help.
